Video about the efficiency of WIN PCNC

We go on a 3D trip with the High-Z S-400 and a speed of 50mm/sec in the video. That means 3000mm/min in 3D!! Additionally there are Windows applications running in background and we hear music with Windows mediaplayer. Try it with an other control software. Here you can download the used software DIN ISO. The feed motion is set up to 1000 but the maximum speed is regulated to 50mm/sec in WIN PCNC.

This shown drive is just a test presentation. The motors are on the verge of their load limit. In case of faster drive step loss would arise. Because of this fact we advise you to use a much lower traverse speed in the manual, so the motors can work without step loss and with a strong torque. The video just helps to demonstrate the stability of WIN PCNC with a giving of a high chopping frequency.

The High-Z S-1000/T with ball roll spindlers

CNC Fräsmaschine High-Z / T mit Kugelumlaufspindeln

Because of the used ball screws the High-Z/T achieves a fantastical precision and an almost not measurable back lash of approx. 0,01mm. At the same time there are high traverse speeds up to approx. 108mm / sec.                     ( 6500 mm / min ) possible..


Soon we’ll release videos which present motors’ power development in connection with our machines and our high efficiency controlling.

For example proceeding of a 90kg weight in express travel with a High-Z S-400 and simultaneous pulling of a 70kg weight (an employee sitting on the floor) about 40cm away with the power of x–axle because of the traction force of two motors on the right and left side of x-axle spindle.
