Many thanks to AH-Soft for a fantastic DIN-ISO file
Small brooves as seen here cannot be felt
3D Forms for Soaps
Company Medservo located in Schiede produces amongst other things also synthetic forms for exclusive soaps. Detail-shots shows how filigran and delicate the milled contours are. Even after three times negative-positive-converstion contours are still well recognizable.
3D milling in hard or soft foam
Pre-roughing of a small sphere
This material is excellent for presentation, because it does not produce dust and dirt.
During the next few days and weeks we will constantly update this page. Many more interesting 3D- jobs, descriptions and explanations of how to realize these pieces most efficiently (choice of tool or software) will follow.

3D operations with hard-foam
The museum Albersdorf run by Mr. Arnold produces landscape-reliefs made of hard-foam for exhibitions using a High-Z S-400. The models seem absolutely authentic.
Exihibits are partly up to 300x400mm large with a depth of up to 50mm.
Thank you very much for the pictures from Albersdorf museum
